Tri Valley Adventure Boot Camp for Women is a four week outdoor fitness and nutrition program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling that helps you get the results you want.
Your program includes a one on one consult, daily inspiration, menu, recipe book, shopping list, nutrition manual, goal setting guide and a MEMBER only online tracking and communication portal via our own company's app and an online support and accountability community with live training's on fitness/wellness tips and hacks, free workouts, recipes and much more!
I motivate my clients while training/coaching them to reach their best results. The classes include functional, core, strength, circuit and high intensity training that are results driven workouts packed with fun, energizing activities designed to help you achieve your fitness goals and create a tribe of liked minded women supporting each other with the same goals in mind.
Whether you want to drop a dress/jean size, shed the extra pounds from pregnancy, keep up with your grandchildren, get fit for that special occasion or just kick your fitness into high gear over that plateau, I can get your there.
