What is it?
The Tri Valley Adventure Boot Camp is a four-week outdoor program designed to help you achieve your fitness goals through fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. Boot Camp is packed with fun and exciting activities to keep your workouts enjoyable everyday!

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), lunges, muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses, PAR course, push-ups, surprises, and more!

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time.

What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring one set of 5 - 8 lb. hand weights and any type of exercise mat (You can get both of these at any local Target or K-Mart type stores). You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items are a towel to dry off with and gloves or mittens in the winter. Dress in a layers and even if it is chilly don’t worry you will get warm very fast! And always bring a good attitude!

So, what will I gain in camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence and self-esteem! By participating, you will also earn your Boot Camp Dog Tags! You'll want to show your friends and family!

Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week camp has a registration of $325. That's 20 hours of instruction for $16.25 per hour. Where else can you get premiere, cutting edge fitness and nutritional instruction for this incredible price!

Do I have to go five days per week?
If you sign up for the 5-day a week program, then yes you do. However, we also offer other four-week programs, which include 3 days of training per week (Mon-Wed-Fri) for  $195 or 4 days of training per week (any four days Mon-Fri) for $260 . If you begin either the 3-day or 4-day per week programs and later decide you would like to switch to the 5-day per week program, we will simply prorate the remaining days.
