Once we’ve received your registration and payment to secure your spot, we’ll contact you and get you set and ready to go within 24 hours.

What do I need to bring to camp?
You will need to bring one set of 5, 8, or 10 lb. hand weights and any type of exercise mat. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Good athletic shoes are important and cross training shoes are recommended for doing camp as we move around a lot and you need good support system. Walking shoes are not going to give you that. It is important to have the right tools to get the most out of your workouts and to prevent injuries. Optional items: small hand towel to dry off with gloves and or beanie during cooler months. Dress in a layered fashion…even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast! Sunglasses, hat and sunscreen during the summer months.

Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you improve! We will teach you body maintenance techniques to help your body recover and run more efficiently so you can achieve your goals more quickly and safely.



What kinds of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push, motivation and guidance to jump start their fitness and wellness program. Our Divine Fit Family are encouraging, supportive and fun!





What is a typical day like at camp?
That’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running, weight training, obstacle courses, core training, functional training and team challenges, and more each week. It’s always an adventure, and you’ll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form, “core stability” and making sure you are working out safely and at your own fitness level.

How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. “Visual Improvement” can take from one to three weeks depending on your effort level. It’s common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first 21 days! Remember, everyone is different and your dedication level is a key element to the success you expect to have while in camp. The more committed you are the better results you will get, we guarantee it!
