What is Tri Valley Adventure Boot Camp?
The Tri Valley Adventure Boot Camp is an outdoor fitness boot camp designed to help you achieve your fitness goals through fat burning metabolic workouts, nutritional counseling and motivational training. Each session is packed with fun, challenging and exciting workouts to keep your body guessing and your metabolism burning everyday!

What if I’m not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women 18yrs+ and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others as you work together to be a part of our Divine Fit Family.

How often will we meet?
Your 3 Week Test Drive is for unlimited in person training along with a done for you nutrition plan to give you the best results in the least amount of time with our proven whole food system.

(We have had women lose up to 10lbs in 7 Days. Results may vary)

When does the next camp start?
Our boot camp sessions are on going continuos throughout the year rain or shine!

What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring one set of 3, 5 or 8 lb. hand weights and any type of exercise mat (please keep in mind that we are working on pavement, cement and a thicker mat is strongly suggested). Good athletic shoes are important and cross training shoes are recommended for doing camp as we move around a lot and you need good support system. Walking shoes are not going to give you that. It is important to have the right tools to get the most out of your workouts and to prevent injuries. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp a small hand towel. Winter months you will need gloves, beanie and dress in layers. Summer months suncreen, sunglasses and a hat are always recommended.

And always bring a great attitude!
