What is Tri Valley Adventure Boot Camp for Women?
A four-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Adventure Fitness Trainer, Deborah Sandoval (owner/trainer). Each day, camp will be one The 45 minutes in length starting at 5:30 am.
What if I’m not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
Where is the location we will meet?
The exact location details will be given to you in your Welcome Package once you have registered and paid for your 4 week camp. There is one location and it is outdoors. It is centrally located for residents located in Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin or Tracy that might be commuting into the area. It is located about 2 minutes from the Santa Rita Road/Tassajara Road exit off of 580. Or take the exit Fallon Rd if coming from Vasco/Tracy/Mountain House area and commuting in.
What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: Interval training, strength training to increase bone density readings, functional movements for agility and flexibility, Core conditioning for better posture and back support, short distance running and or power walking (less than one mile), heart rate conditioning with power stacking combination movements, circuit training, sport yoga, fitness kick boxing, Pilates corework, sport drills, obstacle courses, surprises, and whole lot more!
How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for 45 minutes during the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time at least 5 minutes prior to class starting time. This allows for your area set up of mat/weights etc. Camp starts at 5:30 am sharp and ends at 6:15 a.m.

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, one set of small hand weights (5 or 8 lbs if you aren’t sure send me a direct message HERE or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, running shoes (no walking shoes they do not support the workouts that you will be doing). You will also need a small hand towel, water, sunglasses, hat during summer months and beanie, thin gloves or ear cover during the winter months, and of course bring your great attitude and a sense of adventure.
You can purchase mats and weights at Walmart, or Target or get your mat HERE or get your weights HERE direct from Amazon (I am an Amazon Affiliate and will receive a percentage of the sale) or other sports equipment stores. Keep in mind we are outdoors so having a little padding on your mat will help with support. If you can’t hold onto weights you can also use bands or weights that strap around your hand. If you are not sure please let me know and we can discuss options that will work for you. There are several businesses that offer special incentives for our campers. You will be given details for participating businesses prior to the start of camp.
What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. Tri Valley Boot Camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you’ll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you’re joining a community of great women who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.

You will make a dramatic improvement in how your body feels, your energy levels increase, aches and pains disappear and your overall physical well-being gives you a clearer mind and helps increase your sleep. Get your workout in and done before the rest of the world hasn’t even gotten started!
If you follow the plan that is laid out for you, put your best performance into the nutrition and fitness program, ask questions and follow the coaching as well as participate in the online community for accountability and support, you will make a dramatic improvement in how your body feels and looks. Dropping a dress/jean size is common in our 4 week camps so get ready to buy some new clothes!
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $197.00 for 4 weeks (20 days of instruction 5 days a week) That’s just $9.85 per class. Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge personal training in a small group setting for fitness instruction for that incredible price? Personal trainers can typically charge $50 to $120 per hour for their services – this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified fitness nutrition coach and boot camp trainer for just a fraction of the cost. Personal training in a group environment.
You can also choose to attend three days a week for 4 weeks at $127.00 that’s $10.58 per class or four days a week for 4 weeks at $167.00 that’s $11.43 per class. NOTE: Get even greater results the more you attend camp the greater results occur when you enroll in the full 5-day-per-week program. You get the workouts, nutrition manual, nutritional counseling, menus, shopping list, support and much more!
